Important Information About the Jack Room

At Steps from the Vatican Guesthouse, we believe in being transparent and offering all the necessary information to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The Jack Room is a cozy and charming single room with a private external bathroom. It is our most budget-friendly option and differs significantly in comfort level from our two double rooms (King and Queen rooms).
Please note the following before making a reservation:
The private bathroom is external to the room. To access it, you will need to step outside your room and cross the apartment entrance area (just inside the main door). This means you may occasionally encounter other guests while going to and from your bathroom.
The bathroom features a compact shower cabin (70 x 50 cm), which is smaller than standard.
This room does not include some of the amenities available in our double rooms (such as minibar, TV, coffee-maker etc.).
Overall, this is a simple, essential accommodation, designed for guests who prioritize price and location over comfort.
For this reason, we do not recommend this room for:

• business travelers
• elderly guests
• guests expecting top hotel-level comfort

or anyone who desires larger spaces.
If you feel this setup may not suit your needs, we strongly recommend considering to one of our double rooms (“King” and “Queen” rooms), which offer a much higher level of comfort.
