To welcome you properly and hand over the keys, we must know your estimated time of arrival (ETA)<\/strong> in advance. Without it, there may be no one here to check you in<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

To help you calculate your ETA, here\u2019s a quick guide based on your arrival airport:<\/p>\n\n

If you are flying into Fiumicino Airport (FCO)<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n

  • Passport control & baggage claim:<\/strong> 30\u201360 minutes after landing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Train to Rome (recommended route):<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Take the Leonardo Express<\/strong> train to Termini Station<\/strong> \u2013 32 minutes (runs every 15\u201330 minutes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • From Termini, take Bus 64<\/strong> (direction Piazza Stazione S. Pietro<\/em>) and get off at Cavalleggeri\/San Pietro<\/strong> \u2013 about 20 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Then a 2-minute walk<\/strong> to the guesthouse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Estimated total time from landing to guesthouse:<\/strong> 90\u2013120 minutes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      This is the only route we recommend<\/strong> from Fiumicino. It is reliable, direct, and tested by us and our guests. <\/p>\n\n

      If you are flying into Ciampino Airport (CIA)<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n

      • Passport control & baggage claim:<\/strong> 20\u201340 minutes after landing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bus to Termini Station (e.g., Terravision or SIT):<\/strong> 40\u201360 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Then take Bus 64<\/strong> from Termini to Cavalleggeri\/San Pietro<\/strong> \u2013 about 20 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Then a 2-minute walk<\/strong> to the guesthouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Estimated total time from landing to guesthouse:<\/strong> 80\u2013110 minutes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        If you land at Fiumicino at 14:00<\/strong>, your estimated arrival at SFTV would likely be around 15:30\u201316:30<\/strong>, depending on passport control and transport waiting times.<\/p>\n\n
